Introduction
SOROERU (“the App”) is a photo editing app that unifies color tones across multiple photos, developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.
Data We Access
Photos
- The App accesses photos you select in order to edit and unify their color tones.
- Photo data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to external servers.
Preset Settings
- Editing presets you save are stored in your device’s local storage (UserDefaults).
- This data is not transmitted externally.
Analytics and Diagnostics
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect the following data for the purpose of improving app quality:
- Crash logs: Error information when the app crashes (device state, OS version, error details, etc.)
- Diagnostics: App performance data
- App interactions: Usage patterns such as screen transitions and feature usage (e.g., photo selection, export counts)
This data is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Advertising Data
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads to free users. AdMob may collect the following data:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA): Used for ad delivery and performance measurement
- Ad view and click history: Used for ad effectiveness measurement
On iOS, the AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework requests your permission before tracking for advertising purposes. You can use all app features even if you decline.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK, personalized ads are only shown with your explicit consent via the GDPR consent dialog.
The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions (SOROERU Pro). RevenueCat processes the following data:
- Purchase history: Used to verify subscription status
- Anonymous user ID: Used to associate purchases with your device
Payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The App does not directly access your credit card or payment information.
Data We Do NOT Collect
The App does not collect any of the following:
- Personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.)
- Location data
- Any other personal information

Withdrawing Consent
- Ad tracking: On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to disable tracking permission for this app at any time
- Analytics data: On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements to disable
Data Retention
- Local data (photos, preset settings): Retained until you delete them or uninstall the App
- Analytics data: Retained by Firebase for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted
- Crash data: Retained by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days
- Ad data: Subject to Google’s data retention policies
- Purchase data: Subject to RevenueCat’s data retention policies
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
